I help with crafting and clarifying goals, support creating new habits and offers, simplifying workflow, marketing yourself or your business and will introduce you to the people, resources and tools that can help you along the way.
Additionally, you have space to brainstorm, get a second opinion, work through ideas and get support from an entrepreneur who has real lived experience in self employment

Admit where I am wrong and when I’ve made mistakes.
Recommend expanding your support team if, in my opinion, it’s in your best interests to do so
Make your safety the first priority, and if in my opinion, you pose a risk to yourself or others, notify the appropriate parties and take the appropriate steps.
Maintain confidentiality, unless required by the authorities to disclose.
Abide by the laws of the land, regardless of where sessions take place.
You are responsible for:
Showing up prepared and on time
Doing the work outside of our sessions
Being present during our sessions
Ensuring your credit card has enough funds to cover the preauthorized debits, on the agreed upon dates.
Notifying me within 24 hours of a cancellation.
What to expect:
All sessions are done via phone or web. I will call you at the agreed upon time.
I use the following loose format for each session: Check in, Reviewing Progress Since Last Session, Celebrating Wins, Troubleshooting Issues, Getting Clear & Committing To Next Steps. All sessions are done via phone or web.
I use an active listening technique which provides summarization, empathy and validation. In our sessions, no feeling or thought is wrong or bad. You are encouraged to show up imperfectly and as yourself. It’s a safe place to get upset and it’s to be expected you will get upset. Working through your blocks usually brings up feelings. I am trained and prepared to hold space for you. That being said, I will not tolerate any aggression aimed towards me and will terminate our session if I have asked for you to stop being aggressive towards me more than once, and you do not stop.
I will provide you with any tools, supports and invitations I feel would be helpful to you which include and are not limited to:
Mindfulness, Self Care Strategies, Inner Child / Higher Self Work, Intuitive Practices, Meditations, Journalling, Sales Funnel and Social Media Strategies, Technical Advice and Support, Financial Planning & Optimization, Business and Operational planning & strategy.I provide support to clients that identify as women, through a feminist therapy lense, understanding women often have experiences that are traumatic, simply by living and working in our society.
I’m also committed to providing ongoing and informed consent - ensuring you understand the consequences of any action I recommend you take.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION:Your spot has been reserved just for you and in some cases, other people may have been turned away. As such you understand that you are committing to one year of work together (52 one hour sessions - 4 per month and 4 to be scheduled), and you agree you are responsible for making your agreed upon payment, for the year’s duration, regardless of whether or not you show up for, or participate in your sessions. No refunds or exchanges are available.
RESCHEDULING:
Should you need to reschedule your appointment please do so within 24 hours to avoid forfeiting your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate you but may not always be able to.
PAYMENTS:
Fees will be paid as per Paypal agreement. If for some reason, the paypal payment fails, Client shall remit alternate payment within 48 hours. There is a $25 fee for all missed payments.
Should payments remain outstanding for over 30 days, you understand 5% interest will be charged per month and legal action will be taken.
Warranty and liability
Under no circumstances is Laurel Stark Inc. (DBA Laurel Anne Stark) liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the mentoring services, except for claims which may arise from the contractor’s infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights in connection with design components created or secured by Laurel Stark Inc . Laurel Stark Inc does not guarantee a return on investment of business mentorship & marketing consulting services. You acknowledge and understand the success of a business is dependent on factors out of the control of Laurel Stark Inc. & therefore Laurel Stark Inc. cannot be held responsible for the success of the business, revenues generated or profitability except as specifically stated in any work order agreed to in writing.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to the hiring of Contractor by Client, and contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties with respect to that hiring in any manner whatsoever. Only written agreements dated concurrent with or after this Agreement shall be valid as between the signing parties thereto.
Modifications: Any modification of this Agreement will be effective only if it is in writing and signed by the party to be charged.
Waiver: The failure of either party to insist on strict compliance with any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Agreement by the other party shall not be deemed a waiver of that term, covenant, or condition, nor shall any waiver or relinquishment of any right or power at any one time or times be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of that or power for all or any other times.
Partial Invalidity: If any provision in this Agreement is held by a court or competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia.
Attorney's Fees: If any legal action is commenced or necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which that party may be entitled.
Laurel Stark Inc Inc. reserves the rights to update or make changes to our terms of service with due notice. Changes will be posted on our website at www.laurelannestark.com
